Ashley Brownell
Coach
Ashley is a dedicated fitness coach whose journey began with a lifelong love of team sports in high school and college. Her passion for movement and helping others led her to build a career at the intersection of education and fitness. For over 15 years, she worked as a full-time special education teacher while simultaneously growing her presence in the fitness community. This experience deeply shaped her patient, individualized, and human-centered coaching style.
Ashley is passionate about helping clients build sustainable fitness habits that support longevity, resilience, and overall well-being. Drawing from her background in special education, she excels at meeting clients exactly where they are and creating thoughtful, personalized programs that evolve alongside their lives. Her coaching philosophy centers on building supportive, inclusive environments where clients feel empowered to take ownership of their health for the long term.
After her own pregnancy and postpartum journey, Ashley pursued the Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification so she could better support women through those demanding seasons. She has also completed her Menopause Coaching Specialist Certification, allowing her to guide women through perimenopause and menopause with informed, compassionate, and practical programming. Whether someone is navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or the hormonal shifts of midlife, Ashley creates a supportive, inclusive space where clients feel seen, understood, and challenged to grow.
As a parent to a toddler and a business owner, Ashley understands that life rarely moves in a straight line. Her own experiences navigating shifting priorities, limited time, and changing capacity allow her to empathize deeply with the seasons her clients are in. Rather than chasing perfection or intensity, she helps clients build habits that are flexible, realistic, and resilient so their health can persist even when life feels messy.
Whether working with women through major life transitions or individuals focused on lifelong fitness, Ashley remains committed to coaching the whole person. She helps clients build strength, autonomy, and sustainable health through intentional movement, education, and a strong coach-client relationship.
