Ashley Brownell
Coach
Ashley is a dedicated fitness coach whose journey began with a love for team sports in high school and college. Her passion for movement and helping others led her to pursue a career in both education and fitness. For the past 15 years, she has worked as a full-time special education teacher while simultaneously building her presence in the fitness community.
Ashley is passionate about helping her clients create sustainable fitness habits that promote longevity and overall wellness. Drawing from her background in special education, she brings exceptional patience, empathy, and the ability to develop individualized programs that meet each client exactly where they are. Her coaching philosophy centers on building supportive, inclusive environments where clients feel empowered to achieve their health and fitness goals for the long term.
After experiencing her own pregnancy and postpartum journey, Ashley gained a profound appreciation for the importance of specialized exercise programming during these transformative life stages. This personal experience inspired her to pursue the Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification, allowing her to better serve women during pregnancy and postpartum recovery by helping these clients safely strengthen their bodies, optimize recovery, and address common pregnancy and postpartum concerns through targeted corrective exercises.
Whether working with expectant mothers, new parents navigating postpartum recovery, or clients focused on lifelong fitness, Ashley remains committed to fostering both physical strength and holistic well-being through thoughtful, personalized coaching.
