After years of going to the gym and just lifting the heaviest weight possible without any routine or understanding, I finally found OPEX and gave it a shot. I had tried F45 and other HIIT training classes but I didn't quite understand how nutrition, sleep, water and exercise all worked together to accomplish a goal. PJ is an excellent trainer and is very knowledgeable to help you on your fitness journey.

While group classes can offer you some advantages, OPEX takes more of an individual approach that goes beyond a goal into a lifestyle. This is accomplished through monthly consultations as well as tailored exercises. After just 3 months, I noticed considerable, documented improvement in my strength, endurance and overall health. The facility has equipment that can be engineered to meet any muscle group and classes are small to ensure individual attention.

I would highly recommend this gym if you've been wanting "more" from your workouts and want to take it to the next level.
