Burger Bowls

This quick and easy Burger Bowl is a great and healthy option for an easy dinner! Made with real, simple ingredients, these bowls come together quickly and are packed with so much flavor. This is sure to be a family favorite, with the options of creating their own burger bowls any way they want.

Burger Bowl


Burger Bowls:

1lb lean ground beef

¼  tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Toppings of your Choice:

2-4 Cups of lettuce of choice (chopped)

1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes

2-4 slices of purple onion

4 pieces of bacon (cooked and chopped)



Optional Sauce:

½ cup mayo

¼ cup ketchup

½ tsp pickle juice

¼ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp salt

⅛ tsp black pepper



  1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl; Stir to combine.
  2. Set aside until the remaining ingredients are ready.

Burger Bowls:

  1. Bring a large skillet to medium high heat. Add ground beef, kosher salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.  Stir to combine and continue cooking until meat is cooked through. Pour off any excess grease. Taste and adjust any seasonings, as desired.
  2. Divide the lettuce, tomatoes, purple onion, bacon, pickles, and avocado between two bowls.
  3. Then divide the cooked hamburger and caramelized onions between the two bowls.
  4. Top with optional sauce, or condiments and Enjoy!
